So How Do I Browse & Shop?
The String Temple Store offers a very simple and intuitive online shopping experience, which will be familiar to anyone who has shopped online before. Simply browse the String Temple Store at your leisure. You can then add any individual track or entire albums to your Shopping Cart which will act as your running shopping bag of selections. When you're ready to complete your purchase simply click Checkout from the Shopping Cart page or from the Store's main navigation area to begin the order process.
Can I Preview Downloadable Tracks Before I Buy Them?
Absolutely and we hope you take time to listen to many! All previews of each album track which is for sale (physical + digital) in the String Temple Store are at least one minute in length so that listeners truly get a sense of each track. Simply click the Play icon (  ) which appears next to each track to get a sample before you buy.
How Do I Checkout and Purchase?
To begin the Checkout process and purchase the products in your Shopping Cart, click Checkout from the Shopping Cart page. If you are buying a CD, you will be taken to the shipping details page. Here, the shipping address and estimates for various shipping options are displayed. You can change your shipping address if required. Pick a shipping option that best suites your need and click the Continue button. You will be taken to the Payment Information page. Here, your billing address and payment options are displayed. You must ensure that your billing address closely matches the billing address associated with your credit card account. You can change your billing address, if required. Presently, payment is managed only through PayPal. Click the Continue button. A final Order Summary will be displayed, that includes your final order total and all applicable taxes. If you are satisfied with the Order Summary, click the Confirm button. You will now be taken to PayPal’s website for completing the payment. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can use your credit card to complete the payment. Once your payment is completed, you will be taken back to our website and a confirmation about completion of the order will be displayed.
An Order Confirmation e-mail will also be sent to the e-mail address you provided during checkout.
If you are downloading the album, the checkout process will be very similar and upon completion of payment the link to download the album will be available in the order completion confirmation page. The download link will also be available in the “My Accounts” page for 7 days after the payment.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
Sales taxes on physical cds as well as album downloads are only applicable for customers with billing addresses in Maryland (6% sales tax). All other U.S. and International customers will not be charged any sales taxes on String Temple products.
