What is your Return Policy on purchased CDs and Downloads?
String Temple will offer full refunds to customers who, after receiving technical support by emailing customerservice@stringtemple.com within 15 days of placing their order, remain unable to successfully download or playback tracks or albums. Otherwise, all other orders placed on the Download Store are final.
