How do I download tracks & albums which I have purchased?
Once payment for your order is successfully processed, the link to download the album will be displayed in the order confirmation page. The album is split into multiple downloads to help ensure fast and successful download. Each download is an individual ZIP file containing one or more tracks of the album purchased.
After downloading all files you can extract and copy them to a single folder. The downloads also include PDF files of the album artwork/booklet.
The order confirmation email sent to you has an order information (Detailed Invoice) link. When you click on this link, you will be taken to the order information page. Here the link to download the album will be available for 7 days after your purchase. You can re-download the album 5 times, within 7 days of your purchase.
You can also access the download link from the “My Account” page in the website. Here a list of all orders you made is displayed. Click on the order you are interested in and you will find the download link in the order information page.
How do I open the ZIP file and get my MP3 files out?
Should you opt to download albums in your order, your web browser will typically prompt you to Save or Open the file. Please "Save" the file to suitable folder in your hard disk. After it is saved successfully you can extract the contents using the default ZIP decompression software configured on your computer. Recent versions of Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS have built-in support for ZIP files and you should be able to open the ZIP file simply by double-clicking on the saved ZIP file. Then simply use the software's extraction/decompression function to extract the MP3 files to a location of your choice on your computer. Should you require ZIP decompression software, you can download freely available versions of WinZip (for Windows) or StuffIt (for Mac OS).
My download failed, can I retry the download?
The download links will be active for 7 days from the day of your purchase. You can retry the download upto 5 times within 7 days. The retry count also includes partial or failed downloads.
